Clients Services: The purpose of this position is to serve as client service specialist at Palmer Ranch Animal Clinic, to perform record keeping duties, to perform clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment, and to provide miscellaneous support to the veterinary practice manager and staff. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization and services, the basic rules and regulations governing visitors and animal patient treatment, data entry, word processing, and a practical knowledge of the standard procedures, veterinary records and terminology used in the hospital. No experience necessary, we can provide training for chosen individuals.
Client Services Application
Technician: Technicians are an integral component of the veterinary team. The primary responsibility of a technician is to assist the doctor in providing medical care, performing diagnostic procedures and educating clients. This position requires a person with medical skills that is highly personable and perceptive, has the ability to educate people, is well organized, is able to quickly and accurately solve problems, and work well with a team. Certification is preferred, however, those who have experience working in the field of veterinary medicine will be considered.
Technician Application
Veterinary Assistant: The veterinary assistant plays a role in the efficient operation of the hospital by performing a variety of tasks that provide patient care, client service and maintenance of the medical and general hospital equipment and supplies. The assistant works closely with all team members to ensure both patient and client needs are met and exceeded. Job assignments will be divided between kennel and technical based on the needs of the clinic. This position requires a person that is highly personable, attentive, and works well with a team. No experience necessary, we can provide training for chosen individuals.
